Driving through Raton, we decided to try breakfast burritos filled with fresh eggs, chorizo, bacon, beans, and potatoes, all wrapped in warm, tender tortillas that burst with flavor and texture. Despite being tucked inside a gas station, the fast, friendly service and vibrant salsas made the meal feel like a comforting, authentic Mexican experience well worth savoring on the road.
