Went to bk today received a to go order, got home the order was wrong and the food was cold, service was horriable employees did not seem to care and were not customer friendly. . does not help to complain, this has happend everytime we have gone to BK. will defintely not be going back.

After leaving walmart I decided to stop by BK for a quick breakfast. After ordering through drive thru I get to the window and the associate was having a problem swiping my card so went to the next window and paid and received my food. After driving all the way back to base openned the bag to find that the entire content of the bag was not my breakfast and that there was no orange juice. I looked at the receipt to see that I was charged $4 more than what I was told at the window. Called the restraunt and the associate that answered the phone simply stated "Burger King". I asked to speak to the manager and again the associate states "who is calling". I give my name and she drops the phone down with a loud bang and yells "some dude wants to talk to the manager". After I explaine to the manager, who never identifies herself, what occured I get told, oh well we cant give you're money back but come back and we will give you a free meal that you originally ordered. I think to myself, ok so I just spent $5 on the wrong order and you will give me a$1.50 breakfast for free. So I am still out money on the wrong order and I am not about to drive another 20 minutes and waste more money on gas to get what adds up to a $1.50 refund. Will stick to the base Burger King from now on.
