This was my myself and mothers favorite place to eat. I would take her here at least three times a week. I love the fried chicken, raw oysters, frog legs and baked fish. But nothing beats the sushi and the deserts. If the place is crowded service is a bit slower, but still good. My mother has just passed and I don't enjoy it as much with out her.

We go here often, at least three if not four times per month. We enjoy it.
I love clams and though I do not care for their method of serving them (in a sauce) I found I could simply remove them from their shells and drown them in the drawn butter (amply supplied).
Only complaint, no cream puffs! This home-boy loves his cream puffs and have come to expect them on buffets.

WATCH OUT FOR YOUR BILL RECEIPT EVERYONE! This restaurant changes your tip to suit themselves! When my daughter received her charge on her credit card bill, and the amount of the charge had changed by $.73 cents in favor of the restaurants staff!!

The food is good, but the service is not. Everyone one working front desk and waitressing too busy on cell phones to pay attention to us.

People will go that far just for free meal.If you had a bad food will you stop eating not I go give more and tall the waiter I not go to pay for the bill and give more that eat .I have clue what the people you are .by the wait wish you's hotel luck to had that kind person work there.

I went to the East Buttet to eat today with a friend of mine. I usually go there occasionally maybe once a month.
My second plate was a plate of shrimp. I started eating until I tasted something nasty. I spit it out on the plate. The shrimp tasted rotten. I had a stuffed nose, so I could not smell it when I pealed the skin off. I complained about it and the manager came to our table. His name was Sam ( a short asian guy). I told him about what had happened and that the staff had witnessed it too. They even smelled the chewed up shrimp on the plate to make sure I was right. I asked if my part of the meal was going to be compansated. He told me that he was not going to give me a discount of any kind and that I had to pay the full price. He was also being a prick at the same time. So we just paid and left.
It was my worst experience for me in a restaurant and I eat out a lot. The manager didn't have a clue about customer service. I work in a hotel down the street, so I will make sure everybody know about this incident.
