A FRIEND AND MYSELF ATE AT HOT WOK THIS PAST THURSDAY JANUARY 20TH 2022. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED HOW CLEAN THE PLACE IS AND WHAT THEY'RE DOING TO KEEP IT CLEAN ESPECIALLY AT THIS DIFFICULT TRYING TIME OF COVID BEING PRESENT THAT WE ALL HAVING TO DEAL WITH. I LIKE THE FACT GLOVES WERE PROVIDED FOR YOU TO WEAR WHEN DISHING UP YOUR FOOD, ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO PREVENT THE SPREADING OF THIS HORRIBLE COVID VIRUS. THE PEOPLE GREETED YOU WITH A SMILE AND EXPRESSED THEIR THANKS THAT YOU CHOOSE THEIR ESTABLISHMENT FOR EATING THEIR FOOD LUNCH TIME.
THE FOOD WAS VERY TASTY AND THE PRESENTATION WAS VERY GOOD. EVEN THOUGH MY FOOD PREFERENCES ARE VEGAN TYPES OF FOOD, THE FOOD WAS VERY TASTEFUL.
IF I MAKE A SUGGESTION, I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU CONSIDER HAVING A VEGAN MENU AS WELL, I'M PRETTY CONFIDENT IT WOULD INCREASE YOUR PROFITS. VEGAN RAW FOODS ARE ON THE RUN NOW BECAUSE A LARGE PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE ARE ADJUSTING THEIR EATING HABITS AND CHANGING OVER TO VEGAN RAW FOODS.

Tonight I visited the buffet, I must say I will be returning when I visit Chalmette again next week. I enjoyed the fresh food that was served and I got to chose my food and they cooked it on the big grill while I waited (that was delicious). I tried the egg drop soup and it was just like my mom use to cook for me. Your waiter and the hostess was very pleasant. I was surprise to see how many napkins they brought to our table. The kept our table very cleaned and filled our glasses with our drinks as soon as they saw it was getting low. Your tea was very fresh. We were there at approximately 7:30 pm. The buffet table were kept full and hot, something you don't generally see. The restrooms were very clean as well.
Thank you for such a great experience and we will be returning in two weeks.

Each Sunday a friend and I go to Hot Wok for evening meal and we so enjoy the great food. We decided to eat our Christmas meal at Hot Wok once we viewed the holiday menu. It was terrific. We had 9 guests at our table the waiters were very polite and did a fabulous job taking care of our every need. We had two children with us and the manager made a special point to come to the table to speak to the children and make sure the children were as happy as the adults. The food was hot, fresh and delish.
I find the hostess always smiling and sweet. Thank you Hot Wok for the excellent service and great food
We will see you this Sunday if the Good Lord says the same

Visiting my family in town for new year. My sister took me to this place. Did not surprise me that they opened in holiday. Their food is great. Love their Sesame chicken and spicy shrimp. Thumb up for the chef.

Ms Casey, I only can say sorry for you, for you done everything in the front of your son. First of all, I will definitely no charged your both meal if something was wrong with the food, but it is nothing wrong with the chicken, we make it daily and fresh, you knew I ate the chicken to make sure your son didn't eat unfresh food. As you said he got sick, you two brought two plates of food on the table and stay 15 mins, how could I get your meal free? For what reason? I gave 15% discount from your bill already, what you ask more? You screamed in the front of your son and said "f"word to me, and wanted me to call police because you didn't want to pay. Please please try to recall your memory back see what you done in the front of your son, miss. During whole case was happened, I was there try to help but you just wanted the free meal. I am so sorry about what it was happened, but nothing was wrong. We gave the food to homeless people, we help people, but we won't give free meal to people who didn't respect to themselves and us.

TERRIBLE!!!!! My 10 yr old son vomited at our table after eating 3 pieces of sweet & sour chicken. The manager was very, very rude when we stopped at the front counter to explain the situation, She said there's nothing wrong with her food. I explained he was sick and we had to leave. I couldn't eat either, as I could still smell the sour scent of vomit. I felt sick to my stomach. She told me that it was a buffet and I had to pay for our meals. She could see from the check we were there less than 5 minutes. Took off 15% of bill. My total was still over $20.00. Then, she called the police when I refused to pay that amount. PSYCHO!! We never ate! My son got scared & started crying. In the end, I put $21.00 on the counter and walked out. I will never, ever give that place another dime

hot wok is excellent specially the hostess name daisy is hot..i love to come back
