Since Hobnobber extended their hours to 7:30, it's become my go-to for hearty, flavorful Cajun classics like chicken broccoli casserole and fried shrimp that hit all the right notes without needing extra seasoning. The friendly, accommodating staff make every visit feel like catching up with old friends, and the homemade dishes-from gumbo to meatballs-are consistently delicious, leaving me eager to return again and again.
