I called on a Wednesday around 11:30. Let it ring 14 times and no answer. Waited. Called again, no answer. Called a. Third time, phone was answered and was immediately asked to hold. I was on hold for almost 8 minutes. I gave up. Never again. If you are that busy, then you don't need my business.
