That BBQ shrimp po' boy was an absolute flavor bomb, loaded with perfectly cooked shrimp swimming in a buttery, peppery sauce that had me fighting the urge to lick the plate clean. Pairing that with a hearty cup of crawfish í©touffí©e made for an epic, messy meal that perfectly captured the soulful essence of New Orleans cooking.
