Heading east is a must to try this BBQ spot, but definitely call ahead because they close early and often sell out. The brisket and cochon de lait poboy are my favorites-super tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, plus the potato salad is surprisingly amazing. The vibe is casual with friendly staff and outdoor picnic tables, making it a chill place to grab some seriously tasty smoked meat.
