I just wrapped up an amazing three-day conference in New Orleans and had a fantastic experience with Joel Brown and his wife at their Kosher Cajun New York deli. From the moment I arrived, I enjoyed delicious chopped liver platters and hot pastrami sandwiches, with quick service that rivaled what you'd find in major cities like New York and Miami. The highlight was a perfectly delivered kosher steak dinner at a non-kosher steakhouse, which exceeded my expectations in taste and presentation, making my trip truly memorable.

Yesterday I had overstuffed finger sandwiches chopped liver chicken salad egg salad pasta salad and trays of sweets
Everyone attending raved about the presentation and taste of the food from Kosher Cajun.
