To Whom It May Concern:

On March 30 at 7:12 I called up the Pizza Hut store located on Veterans Blvd, and ordered a large meat lover’s pizza and a large with pepperonis and mushrooms. I originally tried to order a pepperoni and sausage, but was informed after that they were out of sausage. When I told them meat lover’s they never told me that sausage would not be on it. The person that took my order said it would be here in about 30 minutes. The pizzas were delivered at 8:14. The pizzas were lukewarm at best and the order was wrong. I received a pepperoni pizza instead of the meat lover’s (without sausage of course). I called back at 8:17 and they apologized for the mistake and said they would send the correct pizza right away. At 8:53 I called and was informed that the driver was on his way to me with the pizza. At 9:21 when I called back they said he was walking out the door. The correct pizza finally arrived at 9:33 and it was room temperature at best. Two hours and twenty-one minutes after placing my order I had my correct order finally delivered and it was cold. To add insult to an empty stomach the driver wasn’t even informed that this was a corrected order and thought that I was paying for this pizza when I had already paid for the wrong one.
After such a long wait for cold pizza and being lied to repeatedly this is my last time ordering from Pizza Hut. There are plenty of other places around that will treat my dollar and me better. I will inform anyone I can about the bad service (including being lied to repeatedly) and tepid pizza that Pizza Hut serves its customers.
