I was very disappointed at snoshack tonight!
I brought 11 out of town guests to get their first snowball tonight. 3/12/2016.
Two people ordered sugarfree wedding cake which they said was yucky... I tasted it because I always get this. It was awful, like they mixed the syrup wrong, so I waited in long line again and told her. She was very rude and said we should have gotten a taste first and that its on a sign! I told her nicely that I get this and that I think they mixed it wrong and they were new here on vacation and did not know about the taste... They did not try to rectify the situation at all... Bad customer service! Thank you and I will not be back!
