During our Katrina tour, we discovered a charming cafe nestled within an old casino building in City Park. The stunning art deco tiles and high ceilings create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for those lucky enough to linger and enjoy a full menu of delicious food. While Jamie W. and I savored our Blue Bell ice cream on waffle cones, the rain added a cozy touch to our brief escape into this beautiful setting.
