Delicious, fresh, and inventive crudo at Edgar's spot in New Orleans. The weekends are for splurging and tasting the best chef's menu, offering a serious selection of specialty crudo and a well-prepared cocktail menu with Caribbean influences. The warm, inviting interior with its perfect dim glow and New Orleans classic presentation makes it a must-visit.
