Layover at NOLA airport. Ordered the Dook’s NOLA burger. Absolutely hands down the best burger I’ve ever had. I’m trying to figure out what is in this so I can recreate it at home. Wow. I will be back in a couple days passing through back to St. Louis. I will take 10 of these home with me.

Absolutely terrible burger, the worst one I've ever had in my entire life. Bun was stale and the two patties were 1/4" thick and looked like dog food.
Fries were good tho.
