The food truck at Po Boy Fest serves an incredible lamb po boy that seamlessly combines classic NOLA flavors with Mediterranean influences, and their white chocolate bread pudding with a hint of cayenne is a game changer-even for someone like me who typically doesn't like white chocolate. At Champions Square, my Philly-stine cheesesteak outshone my boyfriend's Cuban, thanks to its perfectly seasoned meat, melty cheese, and the clever addition of green bell peppers that beautifully ties into the overall theme.
