During Carnival, I visited the Fogo de Chao located off Canal Street in the JW Marriott, which maintained a calm atmosphere despite the busy location. While the service was excellent and the staff attentive, some of the meat cuts were overcooked and tougher than expected, though the salad bar and certain dishes like the ribeye were enjoyable. Overall, the experience was positive with accommodating service and a warm, inviting ambiance, making it a reliable choice for those who appreciate a variety of meats and good hospitality.
