Any of these people complaining are just YANKEES...this place is the REAL DEAL.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I placed an order to go, after it was picked up and opened the box to eat, it was the wrong order. When we told them the order was wrong they argued with us then they refused to correct the order or refund our money. These people are ridiculous.

If you are looking to be treated fairly or to deal with people with some moral integrity when it comes to dealing with customers, i would recommend staying away from them...far far away. I am all for local businesses but they should be local businesses that treat people fairly...how disappointing...this is why people are leaning towards chain restaurants.
