I tried these bagels recently and they blew me away. The crust is just right, with a satisfying chew that I can't get enough of. I can confidently say that these are the best bagels I've ever had in New Orleans. If you're in the 9th ward, I recommend ordering a dozen and having Laura deliver them directly to you - you'll be glad you did!
