During a camping trip in the Gunks, I indulged in a coffee and cookie dough ice cream cup that struck the perfect balance of sweetness and creamy texture, all served swiftly by a friendly duo-a young boy at the register and an older woman scooping with care. The generous portions, classic flavors, allergy accommodations, and warm, welcoming atmosphere made this quaint New Paltz shop an ideal sweet treat after a day of hiking or exploring.
