The new menu features updated prices and a fresh look, though portions have shrunk while costs have increased. Despite the changes, the food remains delicious, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a great choice for family dinners.

Tried the new menu at Mt. Fuji tonight. Prices went up about 10%, but the portions seem smaller. Had to wait for yum yum sauce that was missing from our meals. Despite the changes, the sushi and teppanyaki remain consistently good and the service was friendly. It's not the best sushi, but it's a decent option for a family dinner night out.
