After 33 years of dining in Lake George, I finally discovered the Caldwell House, and it completely changed my perception of the local food scene. The Drunken Ribeye I had was cooked to perfection and truly rivals some of the best steakhouses I've experienced, and the atmosphere combined with exceptional service made for an unforgettable evening.

Wow! We just came back from vacation and this restaurant stuck out on my list of favorite memories. Beautiful wood cabin like restaurant. The steaks were enormous. Like Flintstone size. And to top it off they were amazing. Very hard to finish your dinner.

Just had a fantastic meal . Everything came out timely and delicious, Fresh, variety, and a romantic feel with the beautiful fireplace they have, Their wait staff is wonderful and make you feel welcome. A must go to place.
