The aroma of freshly baked pizza fills the air, each slice boasting a perfect crust and generous cheese that comforts like a warm embrace. Between visits to nearby landmarks, the inviting, spotless interior and cheerful staff made the experience seamless, whether dining in or grabbing a quick takeout. The flavors linger, especially the Greek pizza, and the promise of s'mores pizza for dessert has me eagerly awaiting the next visit.

I've only tried the pizza at Fierro's twice, but each time left me satisfied with its delicious crust and generous cheese toppings. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for a leisurely lunch, especially if you're visiting the nearby Ulysses S. Grant Cottage or Saratoga Automobile Museum. The friendly staff and ample seating add to the overall positive experience, making it a worthwhile stop for a tasty meal.

On two separate occasions including today I placed online orders through their Mealeo app (also garbage). Both times I arrived at the restaurant at the designated time and no one bothered to put the order in. The first time I waited an additional almost 20 minutes. This time I ordered and it gave me a 30 min window. I arrived at 20 and stated I was early. She didn't seem to be aware, grabbed a receipt and looked at it, and then set it on top of the little cooler in the front. For the next 10 minutes, she checked a number of people out and tried to give me a slice of Cheese pizza that was for someone else. Obviously, she had no idea what I ordered. Finally, she asked me what I ordered and I told her. She went to the back, returned to the front, grabbed the slip, and then went back again. She then came back and said they never put the order in. It's now 35+ minutes and I needed to go. Thus the reason I ordered online was to save time. She claimed they could make something real quick which I know based on the last visit, is 10-15 minutes. I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded.
No one knew how to do that and said they had to call the owner. Maybe if the owner was ever there and not absent, the kids running the place would have a clue.
Never ever again. And don't use Mealeo, they cannot help you. They just dump you back on the store.
