f********horrible. The food is great. But when it got to be over an hour and still no delivery I called. What a mistake that was. First they tell me they will call me back in a few. Fifteen minutes later I call back, only to hear them tell me again that they will call me back in 10-15 minutes. As I am writing this I am still waiting for the next phone call...good luck to everyone else.

I used to get their won ton soup. The broth was so rich and delicious and there were so many wontons in it that I would order a quart plus a quart of broth. Which, believe it or not, they charged more for. But about a year ago I ordered it and it was like water. Gone was the rich chicken broth I had devoured for years. I called to complain and also went in to return it, but, as everyone else has mentioned, they simply do not care. They are the only Chinese restaurant in town. They won't refund your money or even deal with you or say they are sorry. After all this time I have never again ordered it, after years of getting it there. But their hot and sour soup is wonderful.
The other day I ordered food from them, with mixed results.
The pu-pu platter is excellent. Their hot and sour soup is fantastic, although I still add vinegar and chili flakes to mine because outside of a big city you will not actually get soup that is hot OR sour. It tastes made to order.
HOWEVER:
I ordered a quart of house special fried rice. It was supposed to have shrimp, pork and chicken in it. It cost over $10. Well the first night, since I had ordered so much food, I only took a small amount off the top of the container to eat. There were a couple shrimp in there, which were very good. But last night I had the rest of the container--an enormous amount of fried rice. There was NOT ONE shrimp in the entire thing, and only 3 pieces of chicken. There were probably a dozen or so small cubes of pork, the same number of cubed carrot pieces and a few peas and onions.
Ten dollars for a bunch of yellow rice! This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off. I will complain to them even though I know it will do absolutely no good. But please don't waste your money on their fried rice!

I ordered today for delivery through there website. The food was good, however the two star rating is due to the 1 hour and 40 minute wait I had for delivery when I live 11 mins away from them.

I've been ordering from them for years. This day I called a delivery and gave them my credit card info. When the food came the delivery person didn't know I paid with my card so I paid in cash and called to tell them I did so and was told it would be taken care of. It wasn't. I called for 2 weeks, was told that it would be taken care of until finally I was told"no refunds "

Gun saos chicken is inedible. Can't swallow the constantly overcooked meat. WTF? I sauce is sweet not spicy as advertised. If you want to fail you are doing well! Medina needs a Chinese restaurant that cares!

Have ordered in the past with no problem. Thought I'd order something different tonight. Besides waiting a long time..calling them..acting So surprised I hadn't gotten my order yet. Generals chicken, asked for the hottest they could make it, So bland Everything was cold. Very Disappointed!!

fast delivery and nice staff..but ordered a SPICY dish..and requested extra..extra spicy and was very mild. also ordered sweet and sour chicken and delivered with No sweet and sour sauce.
