The chicken and white rice with stew beans brought back memories of traditional Dominican cooking, with the beans especially flavorful and the portions generous enough to feed three for just $12. Despite a slightly dry chicken and a humble setting that could use some sprucing up, the friendly and accommodating staff made the experience pleasant, making it a reliable and affordable choice for authentic, homey meals.

I was initially hesitant to try the food, but with limited options, I decided to order the chicken with white rice and stewed beans. The traditional flavors of the rice and beans stood out, although the chicken was a bit dry, which I had anticipated. Despite the slight language barrier with the friendly lady taking my order, the overall experience was pleasant, and the generous portion of food for only $12 was a great value. The cozy and homey atmosphere, along with the delicious Dominican dishes, made it a favorite spot of mine in town.

I never looked at the kitchen . I've done takeout . Rice ,Beans (2-cups) , and adobo chicken . Munchies at a great price . AND , HEY , ! Doesn't it take time for moma to cook ?
