Looked forward to going to Mr B’s for the past 30 years. They always made a quality sub for a fair price. Not any more. Stopped there today and was so disappointed. Not the same quality it always was. I had a 12” sub and it had 4 pieces of thin meat on it!! for $11.99!! I don’t care if they raise the price but give me the same quality

Great menu. Junk for the money.3small slices of processed meat on a sponge roll. Don't waste your money. Go across the street to Jersey Mike's. This place must have been bought out by. Davies. Real estate. Junk and no professionals for 55 bucks go get some real food at Texas Roadhouse. For real estate professionals. Try Berkshire. In lake george .

I loved this place! Greatest roast beef in the area! But tonight will be my last time there. I ordered a beef & cheddar on a sub roll; instead of a hard roll. No extra condiments or veggies on my sandwhich. Just the beef & cheddar; as they have listed on the menu. I also asked for two sides of cheddar cheese, a large potato nugget, and 4 sides of horseradish mayo; for the nuggets. This was what I have always ordered. Always satisfied. I got home and took a look at my receipt, and noticed that I was charge $10.89 for the roast beef on a sub. (l always pay this price for a beef & cheddar on a sub) $2.34 for the potatoe nuggets. Like always...and $1.50 for the 2 extra sides of Cheddar cheese (again, as always) But this time I was also charged for "extra cheddar" on my roast beef & cheddar sub...which I did not order. So I opened my roast beef sub, to see if I atleast got extra cheese (that's not a big deal, I love cheese) BUT that was not the case. I did not see any cheese on my sub. .until I separated the meat from the bread. There was such a small amount of cheese on the sub that the roast beef had absolutely no trace of cheese at all. It was a thin line of cheese that was rubbed into the bread. Anyways...okay thats fine, I have 2 side's of cheese!!! But...my potatoes nuggets were also black (burnt) So yes. Bad expierence...it happens...but I would like to call and speak to the person in charge to let them know their employee should be trained properly, as I got charged extra...for an amount that was not even regular. I have been here many times. Never had an issue until today. First Lady that answered the phone, said "yes I remember you". We charged you for roast beef on a sub and added cheddar cheese. You get charged for the cheese. I replied, I ordered a beef & cheddar .which is on the menu as a set price. Granted the price is on a hardroll..i do always pay extra for it to be on a sub roll. But I have never been told that on a sub roll you only get roast beef with it. The cheese is an extra charge. So I then said...well if I paid for extra cheese...where is it? (As I literally had a smear of cheddar cheese on the roll) The lady I spoke with was informing another worker (the one who made my sandwhich..I know this because I heard her in the background yelling "I MADE THAT SANDWHICH THERE IS CHEESE ON IT!" ) The lady then got on the phone with me.. with an attitude, again...told me I got charged for extra cheese on my sub cause the $10.89 is just for roast beef and the sub roll. NO CHEESE. I then hung up the phone, didnt even bother to explain how my nuggets were burned cause I knew it would just turn into an argument..I am not going to act like a child and argue with this woman who clearly does not get reprimanded for her awful customer service. As a manager for a fast food restaurant myself..that would NEVER BE ALLOWED. You do not speak to customers like that. Without your customers...you would not have a business. Plain and simple. I was not asking for anything for free, I was not asking for another sandwhich. I was just trying to relay the message that your staff needs to be trained properly. But it also seems you may just need new staff. Good luck, hope you get rid of the bad ones and prosper!

Had to come back and get 2 subs by the time I got home the nuggets were cold and the roast beef was dry

First time got a pastrami sub and it was delicious. They gave me a few tater tots and the boss was right and I am now hooked on them. Will definitely go back again. Thanks for the tots and the tasty sub.

I got a Beef Sub earlier today and asked for Mustard dressing on the side. When home I tasted it and it has a bite to it. I have an Allergy to Horseradish and before using it called store ( Queensbuyr, NY ) to check. Girl said sorry not idea, one is Honey Mustard other is Guildens. I said could you check the container for ingredients, she said " No, sorry no idea what is in it. I also might add that the meat filling was very skimpy for $10 . I will not be returning , sad I like the fresh Beef but felt lady was a bit bothered on the phone by my question, needs Customer Service Skills. I have worked with the Public all my life, never would have answered a Customer in that manner.

Their Best Beef and Potato Nuggets are killer. Their subs are also excellent.

This restaurant has served the same high quality food for 47 years. It is like walking back into the 70's. You can smell the roast beef and see it turning on the spit when you walk in. The prices are better than most places around and you get your monies worth. Their subs are truly wonderful and will make you rethink what you thought a sub was previously. This is just a tiny piece of Americana and an icon in this area.

After this past weekend at Mr Bs in queensbury,ny I will go no place else for a sub, for 79 cent special,I expected a thin tasteless sub,but got a very tasty full sub! Like I said no more subway for me !
