Pasta Amore had been off my radar for a while, but my visit last Friday reminded me of its charm and delicious offerings. The appetizer of cannellini beans with shrimp was exceptional, and the fried calamari was cooked to perfection. Sharing a bottle of 2003 Barolo while enjoying my fillet and my husband's farfalle ruffino made for a memorable meal, further enhanced by the lovely surroundings of Piermont, which is perfect for a romantic outing.
