Worse food ever burger so burnt the cheese was burnt to the roll staff completely rude and uncaring heard they treat their staff the same way nah never order from there again

I call in a pick up order. The woman who answered the phone was very very rude and short, especially when I had a few questions about what I wanted to order. Also I will think twice before ordering from here again, even if the food is good. In addition when I picked it up she was still short and snotty

Rudest staff ever. I ordered take out and used a coupon. The coupon was to buy one entree get one free. I ordered 4 meals. They did not bother to tell me that they intended to give the free entree as the absolute lowest price one, not on the two closest meals. I called after I got home and asked why it had been done in that way, as I could have ordered two separate orders had I known. The woman put me on the phone with her manager. The manager was the absolute rudest person that I have ever dealt with in a restaurant. His exact words were, "Have you ever used a coupon before?" I am disgusted with the entire experience. It was only a $4 difference in the bill, which is hardly breaking the bank, but it is simply bad business, and that manager should not ever be working customer service. I will not do business with this restaurant ever again.
