During a recent visit to Jamestown, my partner and I discovered Shawbucks and had a fantastic experience. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. The staff, including the owner, were friendly and made us feel welcome, and we enjoyed meeting other patrons as well. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Jamestown for another enjoyable evening at Shawbucks.

Service was slow and lacked care. Wife's hamburger was fine, but my Seafood Pasta was very poorly executed. Broken mussel shells in pasta, sand in scallops and scallops were overcooked. We won't be returning and I suggest you avoid.
