my husband and I had the pleasure of dining at the Unadilla house I had stuffed pork chop which was heavenly my husband had a simple porterhouse steak which was also out of this world we what were also in the industry of having a restaurant and only wish to have a chef as fine as this. We would not thrilled with the service of the waitress unfortunately the service doesn't match the food, we do intend on returning and asking for a different waitress than the one we had I think her name was Cassey.
