On Saturday, October 26, 2013 we dined at Simplicity. It was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, with ample portions and fresh vegetables, all at a very modest price. The presentation was picture perfect.

I had a flank steak that was cooked to my exact specifications. My wife ordered a Panko-encrusted pork loin that was tender and moist. Her meal came with spaetzle which is rare to find. That, in itself, was a delight. Those German noodles were superb. Our accompanying vegetables were garden fresh.

The waitress, Cherie, was an absolute delight. She's a true professional and a very engaging "people person." She made us comfortable right from the start.

We can't wait to return. Even though the restaurant is called Simplicity, the quality and portions of the food and the service were all "extravagant." Just wish they didn't hyphenate the word "strawberry" on the menu. Inside joke. :)
