Stretching my legs before hitting the road led me to a fun and quirky shop filled with everything from moose plushies to artisanal hot sauces, where the smell of maple and fresh-baked pies instantly won me over. The food surprised me in the best way-my brisket steak sandwich piled high with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and a dreamy cheese sauce was an open-faced masterpiece, while my husband devoured a gigantic pizza that left us both happy and full. Between the veteran-run staff, nostalgic candies, hilarious gag gifts, and a tavern-like atmosphere, this stop turned out to be the perfect pit stop for snacks, laughs, and unique finds on our family road trip.

I took a break from driving and found a fun spot to stretch my legs, filled with quirky shops and interesting items. We decided to try a restaurant that had previously disappointed us as a food truck, but this time the food was absolutely delicious, especially the brisket steak sandwich. The shop was a treasure trove of nostalgic treats and unique gifts, making it a perfect stop for our family trip and a great way to support veterans in the community.
