There is a new food truck in Ithaca that offers a variety of delicious crepes, both sweet and savory. I recently tried their spicy cheese crepe made with buckwheat batter, and the flavors were fantastic with a perfect touch of green onion. It's a newer truck that opened in October 2014, and I hope they do well, although it's a shame I won't be able to visit them more often due to being just passing through.
