The apple cider here is truly exceptional, making the drive well worth it despite the roadside stand being closed for the winter. I cherish the memories of apple picking season and can't wait to return for fresh cider and donuts when the farm opens up again.

I stopped by Dressel Farms to pick up some of their famous apple cider, a favorite from my time in New Paltz. Unfortunately, their roadside stand was closed, but I checked their Instagram for winter hours. Despite the closure, I look forward to returning in the future to enjoy their cider and apple picking again.
