07/13/2025 - Amy L.
I'm new to the area and decided to stop in after passing by, and the pizza really impressed me with its thin crust and just the right amount of cheese. The house salad is perfect for a small group, and the customer service, especially from a guy named Kenny who went out of his way to help with delivery, has made me a loyal fan after three great experiences.

The food is impressive, offering a variety of subs and delicious thin-crust pizza that strikes a nice balance without being overly cheesy. While there have been minor delays with phone orders, the friendly service, especially from a helpful staff member named Kenny, has made each visit enjoyable and keeps me coming back.

First, don't put people on 'hold' by just dropping the phone on the counter, then ignore it for 10 minutes while you chat with each other and other customers.
Second, when you're called to ask the status of an order, don't blatantly lie that it is 'on the way' when you're clearly just getting around to making the order.
Third, the word 'sorry' is insufficient when an order takes two hours.
Fourth, when someone asks for a manager, the answer shouldn't be 'there isn't one'
Fifth, when a customer is obviously upset about their service, you should probably take that a little more seriously.
