The food here reminds me of home, with dishes that are both flavorful and authentic. I particularly enjoy the Bandeja Paisa and the Lengua en Salsa, which stand out as some of the best I've tasted in the region. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience.

The food at Don Hugo's tastes just like a home-cooked meal. Every time I'm in Newburgh, I make sure to stop by for their amazing Lengua en Salsa - it's the best I've ever had in this area. You won't be disappointed with the authentic Colombian flavors and friendly service at this cozy spot.
