Over many visits to Cornell's campus, I have consistently enjoyed the fresh, creamy homemade ice cream crafted by students using milk from local dairy cows. The modern, well-lit cafeteria offers an inviting atmosphere with ample seating and a wide variety of unique flavors alongside sandwiches, vegan options, and beverages-all at very reasonable prices. It's always a pleasure to watch the production process through the observation gallery while savoring delicious ice cream that melts smoothly in your mouth.

I have had wonderful experiences at the Cornell Dairy Bar over the years, especially when visiting my son who is a Cornell undergraduate in Ithaca, NY. The ice cream, made by Cornell students from local dairy cows, is a highlight of our visits. The Dairy Bar, located on campus in a modern building with big glass windows, offers a wide variety of delicious flavors and other food options managed by Cornell students.
