The chopped salads here are incredibly satisfying and packed with fresh, local ingredients that keep me coming back every time. The friendly staff and quick service create a welcoming atmosphere, and watching the chefs prepare meals right at the counter adds a cool touch to the experience. While some menu items can be a bit pricey, the quality and flavor make it well worth it, making this a favorite dining destination whenever I'm in New Paltz.
