Just ate the best pizza I've ever had in upstate NY. Thin slightly crisp crust, great sauce, perfect amount of cheese, and it wasn't swimming in grease. Thank you to everyone at Upper Crust, my new go-to pizza source.

The pizza was good, but the woman at the desk was extremely rude. We did not receive a "hi", "thank you" or "bye" - she simply grabbed my debit card and gave me two receipts (good thing I know what to do with them) and that was it. If I am going to give my money for a service or product at least have the courtesy to utter at least one word to me! I will not go back because of this and will continue to go to Dom's or CP Pizza.
