I first met Carla Spilak at a holiday bazaar back in 2014 and her ginger molasses cookies instantly won me over. Since then, I've made it my mission to seek out her delectable treats at various markets around Buffalo, including the winter market at Horsefeathers and the farmer's markets in North Buffalo and Williamsville. While she offers a variety of cookies, the bold and delicious flavor of her ginger molasses ones truly steal the show. Her stand at the North Tonawanda Farmers Market always has a tempting display of large cookies in different flavors, priced at 3 for $5. It's clear that Carla's passion lies in baking exceptional cookies, and her dedication to perfecting her craft shines through in every bite.
