Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I called around 4. Explained my GF gets out at 7 (but works In customer service so she may get out late) and we have a movie for 8. The guy on the phone said he will place the order "to go" and if we have time to stay we can eat there.
She got out on time and there were tables open when we arrived so we decided to stay. The guy at the counter seemed upset by this choice as did the kitchen staff. Then I was walked up to 2X and talked to about how "next time do not order out and eat here".
I understand the containers cost money and I paid them a 15 dollar tip for any inconvenience. But I was transparent from the start and the rudeness of the staff ruined our dinner experience. Will not return in the future.
