I was so disappointed we ordered steak and cheese subs and a Royal Sub. Thin fatty steak, 2 tiny pieces of lettuce, no seasoning and couldn't tell if they put oil on them or not. They didn't even seem fresh!

We were given a coupon for a free sub/hoagie of our choice, that doesn't expire until January 31st, 2013. First of all, we were greeted with the most terrible service ever. We received dirty looks from everyone in the shop who was groaning about how they didn't want to work. The lady at the cash register looked miserable and then refused to take our coupon! Seriously worst customer service ever. Never going back.
