The staff at Rusty's Surf & Turf went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing attentive and genuine service throughout our meal. Each dish we ordered, from the flavorful seafood chowder to the perfectly cooked shrimp and grits, showcased fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation that truly impressed us. With a relaxed atmosphere, delicious cocktails, and a diverse menu featuring daily specials, this dining experience exceeded our expectations and left us eager to return on our next Outer Banks visit.

This hidden treasure off the main road offers an incredible dining experience that exceeded all my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, from the seafood chowder to the shrimp and grits, and the ambiance was both relaxed and inviting.
