4 adults went to BWW Tuesday 2/28/23 because 2 of us were there to grab a beer on Saturday 2/25 and were told that they were doing BOGO traditional wings (not BOGO 50%) for the month of February for a Blazing Rewards promotion. We were seated and got a beer and were ordering another beer when we asked if we could get some food. 3 of us ordered wings and 1 ordered a salad. 30 minutes later the salad came out and had no dressing on it. It took an additional 5 minutes to get it. 15 minutes later, my wings came out but I did not have ranch, carrots, celery or the side of Blazin I asked for when I ordered. I asked and received the ranch, carrots and celery (the celery was frozen and had ice crystals on it so I didn’t eat it) 5 minutes later and again asked for a side of Blazin. 10 minutes later I again asked for a side of Blazin. 5 minutes later I finally received it. The other 2 guests had not yet received their wings. Mine were too cold to eat at that point. 30 minutes later we asked about the last 2 orders of wings and were told they had ran out and were scrambling to get some. The final 2 guests finally received their wings and were too frustrated to eat – they had been waiting almost 2 hours. We asked for the checks and when they came we were not charged BOGO, we were charged BOGO 50%. The bartender/waitress said it had ‘never’ been BOGO, just BOGO 50%. By this point everyone was pissed off and we asked to see the manager. She was apologetic, said they knew there were issues, were trying to fix, but did nothing to comp the terrible evening we had just experienced. To make matters worse, when we were on the way out the door, stopped to talk to a waitress that has been at this location for some years, and she told us the wings were BOGO not BOGO 50%. None of us were reimbursed any money. I will not go to this restaurant again. This location should be closed until they get their issues fixed. The last two times I have been there to eat pretty much ended the same.
