I'm a fan of Parker's for their delicious fried chicken and Eastern NC style barbecue. The yellow grated slaw may seem unusual, but it complements the barbecue perfectly. The chicken is crispy and juicy, and the chop barbecue sandwich is always seasoned and flavorful without any sauce. The food is fresh and the service is quick, making it a good choice for a satisfying meal.
