I called to place a to go order and had a couple of questions that were not addressed on their website or online menu. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and I understand that places are busy but when I was connected again, I was asked to hold twice more and then when I asked the two questions I had the person on the phone told me that I could go to the website and look at their menu there, which is what I was already doing. So if they do not have time to place a simple pizza order or answer two simple questions to help the customer with their order, then why are they in the pizza business. There are plenty of other places in Murphy that are much better and more friendly. A piece of local advice, just because you moved here and have been in the pizza business your whole life does not give you the right to assume that your way is the correct way, and if your staff is that snippy with all customers, I amazed you are still in business. From a life long local.

Scam look on bottom of your pizza box 16" your paying for 18" pie. You can't put a 18" pie in a 16" box. Check you pricing before leaving store with his advertised pricing there different. Scam No More

The pizza is alright but the owner Sal is extremely rude and disrespectful not just his customers but also his employees. Those poor girls look absolutely terrifed of him and his explosive temper!
He frequently makes rude comments and even goes on rants about how much his ingredident, soda and parmesan costs are in front of customers! It's extremely unprofessional.
I won't be giving him my business ever again and you shouldn't either.

Just had a pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza...it was great. I recommend Sal's to everyone...all fresh ingredients and I enjoyed our conversation while I was waiting for my order.
