Today was my first visit to Sweet Carolina Ice Cream....and how sweet it was!!! Without question, the best Spumoni I have ever tasted and I am a Spumoni connoisseur ... have had a scoop wherever it was available in the USA and throughout Italy. Who knew the best ever would be right in my backyard ? ...and served up by such friendly and efficient folks.
I will not be ashamed to visit again soon ( tomorrow?) and ask them to pack a pint of the Spumoni while I sample another flavor! Hope to see you there!
