Nice Selection/Variety of Sausages!
Tried the Rosemary Brisket, Lamb Merguez,
Ground Breakfast Sausage (just the right amount of spice), Irish Bangers, and Sweet Italian.

Outstanding staff, perfect cuts. We purchased the German Sausage and the Spiced Bison. They smell great. Cant wait to put these on the grill for our guests. This place is the truth!

Best, most creative (and huge) selection of house-made sausages I have ever encountered! Every meat sold at this shop is first rate - better than ANY grocery store meat regadrless which cut you prefer.
