Hi.. been looking for a good homemade hotdogs in the area. Meaning homemade frome scratch chili and slaw. We'll it was fair probably better than most in the area. Beinga northerners, I would offer advice on putting more chili powder in their chili sauce and cooking their hamburger half way before adding to they're chili recipe. More like sloppy Joe sauce than hotdog chili. Lay off on the sugar a bit also. So cook that chili sauce with par- cooked hamburger and add some more chili powder. Simmer awhile. A bit of advice from a former chili competition winner for her hotdogs from up north. Good luck, Hwy 29 grill.

I try to go every day. But mainly thurs for the pork chop special. Love the potatoes. And can't forget my favorite ice tea. Im getting hungry. Guess where I will be going tonite? !!!!!

We love North 29 Grill, the food is great! We have been going to North 29 for 12 years and the food has never disappointed us until last night. The fish was chewy. We are concerned that only one person wore their mask properly. The cook staff as well as the wait staff never covered their nose with the face mask. The short heavy set waitress might as well no even have a mask. To say the least we were very disappointed with North 29 grill. We decided not to go back until the pandemic is over.

We go here all the time, & we love the food! But there is a certain young lady that works there that make a face every time my children husband and I come in. And today 12/21/12 we went there to grab a bite and she asked the other young lady to take our order which I found very rude. (The lady that took our order was very nice!) but once we got our food the certain worker skipped our table every time she did her rounds for refills. And rolled her eyes every time my children make a sound. Being that one is 2 yrs old and the other 9 mos! I feel very disrespected and will not be back for a while and I will be calling the manger.

My husband and I moved here from MA the beginning of June this year.. our 1st day here we stumbled upon this small, down to earth lil place we had never heard of and we were blown away!!!! The food is so fresh and delicious.. the staff is so friendly prices and portions?? Lets just say you need to go boxes! My sister and her family came up to visit us from FL.. we HAD to take them to eat there... if theres one new place for you to try.. try the North 29 Grill.. theres something for everyone!

Awesome foold. Hot Wings are made fresh and are oh so yummy. Prices are VERY reasonable. Nice and friendly staff.
