The food is great‼️‼️ I stopped eating steak years ago I couldn’t chew it up. The chief at the captain gallery is awesome I eat steak again. The girls at the to go counter are very precessional and polite.

I was there tonight and was charged for the side item on our meal and since we did not want slaw we had ordered a bowl of potato salad instead. We have always been able to substitute another item for our slaw! We were charged $2.25 for one and $3.99 for the other bowl. We often eat there and this hasn't happened but a few times over the years. We share a large order since we cannot eat a whole order each. I was wondering how many people ya'll overcharge on a daily basis? I caught the error and the manager only returned $2.25! I won't be back so I guess you don't need our business.

well lets just say we want be ordering from here again order was wrong even after the young man read it back to me when on the phone with me I get home and see this is wrong call back ask for manager and she tells me I have to check with manager to see what I can do I said don't bother word of mouth works fine and you have lost my business last 2 times our order was wrong and nothing was done I live 25mins away from them and paid 42.00 for two meals just for them to be wrong well lets just say it want happen again

This Captains Galley is the ONLY place that I'll order popcorn shrimp from and has been for years. It's always good.

My husband just picked up an order and when he came in the door he said"They must have gone up on their prices." That wasn't the problem, the order was wrong. Two seafood platters instead of one. I had order a chopped sirloin and to my surprise only had 1/2 a steak. For the last 3 times our order has been messed up. last time they will receive our business.

the portains were a disgrace. got 3/4 of the cheapest part of the order and next to nothing of the main. manager should be ashamed. my family from out of state loves the place. i would be a fool to take them back.
