I must say I used to enjoy going to Cru on the regular. But as of recent it seems as though the service has gone terribly down hill!! I went to get a coffee today and stood at the counter waiting to be served. There was no one in line and the barista was some short red haired girl who was more worried about walking doing nothing. All she was doing was standing around and preparing her own food. I thought the customer was supposed to be important....... Guess not anymore
